Perth Wedding: Naz & Simon

I was so excited when Naz and Simon contacted me about photographing their wedding.  With some of the most beautiful locations in Perth – the Cottesloe Civic Centre Secret Garden, and Mosmans Restaurant – it was always going to be beautiful. But after I met them for their engagement session, and got to know them better, I knew it was going to be fun as well!

This blog is a big one! So many photos, but I simply couldn’t narrow it down. Their wedding was so gorgeous, and such fun to photograph I had to show off a lot of photos 🙂

Their day was beautiful. The weather was absolutely perfect and Naz looked simply divine – when the shoes are Jimmy Choo it adds a certain sparkle to the eyes 🙂 I am in love with the coral colour of the dresses her gorgeous bridesmaids wore! Simon and his boys suited up fabulously, and there was a definite air of slightly nervous anticipation as they waited for the girls.

No nerves were necessary as was clear to everyone that these two are head over heels in love. After love and devotion was declared, and many tears were shed, bubbles floated around Naz and Simon as they made their way back down the aisle as husband and wife. Beautiful.

The light was stunning as we took the portraits.  I could have stayed there swimming in it for hours, but we had a gorgeous reception to get to 🙂

Mosmans Restaurant was stunning with the swan river as the backdrop, and was expertly decorated complete with a lolly buffet!
When the speeches were done, some more tears were shed, some hilarious stories shared, and the cake was cut, I was very impressed with the mad dance moves on the dance floor. Perfect way to end the day.

When it was time for me to leave, I kept saying to myself, “I’ll just wait till the end of this song”, but then another awesome tune would come on. Barry White was in the mix – I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to leave when Barry is on!

Congratulations Naz and Simon!  I hope you are enjoying Turkey – what an amazing place to spend your first few weeks as husband and wife.
Thank you for having me along as part of your day! xx
